We hope that you never have to return an IOIOBox or one of its accessories, but if it does ever happen, this is how you do it. Please understand that we can not accept any returns without an approved RMA number. A return for refund may only be issued within 60 days of original shipment date. Please check our warranty if you have a unit that needs to be repaired or replaced outside of our 60 days.
1. Email info@ioiobox.co with the following details:
Subject: RMA Request
Include: Name, Company Name, Phone, Email, Purchase Date
List all items to be returned, including any accessories.
2. We will reply to you within 48 hours.
3. If approved, an RMA number will be provided to you along with a parcel shipping label or freight BoL with instructions on how to arrange pickup.
4. Once the item is received, inspected, and approved to meet our return policy, a refund will be provided less any applicable re-stocking fee.
